System Manual
1. Stream Viewing: Click "Connect / Re-sync" to establish WebRTC media synchronization with the instructor PC.
2. Bot Registration: Students must open @eee_lab_helper_bot, send /start, and enter their Student ID to map Telegram accounts.
3. File Distribution: Instructors select registered IDs to transmit document payloads directly to student devices.
